Our technical core competency is telephony development, and the In-Call Network and our individual products demonstrate our leadership position in this space.

Our product focus, as managed by VoodooLabs, our R&D group, is to apply the lessons learned from the development of the In-Call Network platform and apply them to discrete verticals in high-call volume industries. To date, we have released three unique products that are derivative of In-Call Network development.

Through a partnership with Jones MediaAmerica, the leading independent radio advertsing sales agancy sales orgnization in the US, RadioVoodoo delivers the In-Call Network to 400+ top radio stations in the US and Canada. Touching over 1 million music fans on a daily basis, RadioVoodoo call publishers are in direct contact with music tastemakers and trend-setters. RadioVoodoo provides client publishers with valuable programming data, as well as demographic data such as the age, gender, location, and phone type (cell or landline) of their callers, all of which become targeting parameters for In-Call Media.

myvoxMyVox
MyVox takes the VoodooVox technology and applies it to the burgeoning social networking and widget spaces, letting social networkers speak their minds for the first time, right through the phone. By turning the phone into a mic that anybody can use, MyVox is unleashing a new class of voice-based applications for the Web. Since its release in early 2007, MyVox has established more than 500,000 registered users.


on-hold networkOn-Hold Network

The VoodooVox On-Hold Network allows call centers to better manage their on-hold experience. Rather than painfully enduring endless loops of “your call is important to us,” callers to On-Hold Network clients have customized news, sports, entertainment, and local information offered to them. All content is updated many times daily, so it stays fresh and timely.

The VoodooVox On-Hold Network is a clear example of how In-Call Media enhances the caller experience, and call center customer satisfaction levels improve accordingly.
