CALL GENIE AND TATA SIGN LONG TERM WORLDWIDE RESELLER AGREEMENT

Toronto, Ontario December 12, 2011 - Call Genie Inc. (TSX: GNE) ("Call Genie" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has entered into a five year reseller agreement with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) (BSE: 532540, NSE: TCS) the leading IT services, consulting and business solutions firm, whereby TCS will resell the full suite of Call Genie and UpSnap Mobile™ products worldwide.
TCS will resell products including CG Workstation, CG Interact Voice, CG SMS Search, and CG Listing. Call Genie will provide sales support services as part of the agreement. Revenues from this arrangement will be comprised of consulting and implementation fees, license fees, hosting fees, revenue sharing and maintenance fees. TCS has paid Call Genie approximately $200,000 for pre-paid license fees in advance of sales.
